Still Spirits Top Shelf Liqueur – Dry Vermouth Flavouring

50ml – makes 1.125 litre

Makes an Italian vermouth style spirit flavouring which can also be made with wine.

Mixing Instructions:

1. Shake well and add contents and 450 ml (15 US fl oz) 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka to 625 ml (21 US fl oz) water.
2. Alternatively, reduce alcohol to 150 ml (5 US fl oz) and replace water with 925 ml (31 US fl oz) dry white wine.
3. Shake well
