This famous Italian herbal liqueur, in its characteristic long bottle and with a very yellow colour, has an up-front flavour of aniseed and vanilla, both quite strong, but contains over 40 other herbs, berries, roots and flowers.

Instructions:

Pour the contents of this bottle and 190 grams of granulated sugar into a 750ml bottle. Fill 3/4 full with alcohol and shake the bottle. Top up the bottle and shake until the contents have fully blended.
